(Purchase of animals policy)
All animals displayed on the site and their prices are for receipt through the institution's branch in Dammam and do not include the cost of delivery to another city. In the event of a delivery request, the delivery cost will be calculated according to the city to which delivery is requested and the cost is determined after specifying the city to which delivery is requested upon purchase.
Dear customer, the animals displayed on the site, with the exception of birds, are imported from European countries and take 3 to 10 days to arrive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In rare cases, these times may be affected by procedures or force majeure. We promise our customers to deliver orders as soon as possible.
Dear customer, after purchasing the animal, the order cannot be cancelled or returned, even if requested immediately after the purchase process, because the amount paid will be re-transferred to a third party in Europe to purchase the animal, book a flight, and begin the procedures for exporting it to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dear customer, in some cases, there may be changes in the animal from the pictures displayed, especially if they have been displayed for a while, because animals grow every day. To confirm the current appearance of the animal, we ask you to request pictures or a recent video of the animal before completing the purchase process via the store's WhatsApp.
Dear customer, after receiving the animal, this is considered your agreement to the following:
1- The animal has been received as agreed upon.
2- The store is not responsible for anything that may happen to the animal after receipt.
3- Sold animals are not returned or exchanged.
4- The store disclaims responsibility for the animal in the event of failure to respond to the delivery representative upon arrival or refusal to receive it, and the customer will be obligated to pay any costs incurred by the establishment as delivery fees or animal care and treatment fees if necessary and re-delivering it again.
(Purchase Policy for Animal Delivery Tickets)
1- The sender undertakes to deliver an animal completely free of diseases or any symptoms of disease
In the event of any sign of disease, the sender agrees to grant the institution the authority to refuse to deliver the request and to release full responsibility for the animal
Without any claim from the customer or refund of the ticket fees.
2- The sender undertakes to deliver the animal in a box designated and suitable for the animal and for shipping, and unsuitable boxes cannot be accepted.
3- The sender undertakes to deliver the animal without delay according to the schedule and time specified by the institution, and he also undertakes to inform the recipient of receiving the animal according to the schedule and time specified by the institution without delay. In the event of a delay, the trip will be rescheduled to a date specified by the institution, and a rescheduling fee of 50 riyals will be imposed for each rescheduling.
4- The sender undertakes to provide all government documents and requirements in the event of shipping animals outside the Kingdom and specified in the ticket details. In the event that the required documents are not provided or are delayed in submitting them on the shipping date, the ticket fees are non-refundable and the flight can be rescheduled free of charge if requested before the specified shipping date.
5- The sender agrees that the institution does not bear responsibility for the health of the animals or anything that may happen to them or death, God forbid, during transportation.
(Product Exchange and Return Policy)
Dear customer, we have facilitated the process for you through the following procedures:
The order must be in its original condition upon purchase, with the exception of food products, which cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason due to the lack of guarantee of their proper storage.
Bring the purchase invoice and the purchase time must not exceed 48 hours.
Exchange and return are made through our branch in Dammam only.
The institution does not bear the shipping costs for the rest of the residents of the cities of the Kingdom and the customer bears them.

(Pedigree Certificate)
Dear customer, we would like to note that the cost of the displayed cats does not include the Pedigree Certificate.
The certificate is issued based on the customer's request, and additional fees will be charged, and the fees will be determined according to the organization affiliated with the cat's breed.
We pledge to register the certificate as (Breeder) so that the customer can register the production in the organization.
We pledge to register the customer's name on the certificate based on his request when purchasing, and we apologize for changing the name if we were not informed of the name from the beginning.
Some cats displayed on the site may already have a prior (Pedigree) certificate and do not need to be registered. To verify this, you can read the cat's data below the image.
Dear customer, if you have purchased your cat/cat and submitted a pre-registration request, and after paying the registration fees, the certificate will be sent as an original copy as a PDF file from the organization so that you can print it.
